Can smart contract be altered after deployment

I have deployed a smart contract and now i want to add some features to it to make certain tasks easy. So basically, i want to add changes to the deployed smart contract. How can i do it?

No, you can not make changes to the smart contract after it has deployed. The main intention of the blockchain technology is too avoid alteration. The data in the blockchain is immutable.
