Hi Team,

I am trying to install git software in the Ubuntu system. But it is showing me the below error.

E: Failed to fetch http://security.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/pool/main/g/git/git-man_2.17.1-1ubuntu0.4_all.deb  404  Not Found [IP: 43.255.166.254 80]

Hi@akhtar,

There may be many reasons behind this error. But the most common issue is, your system may be outdated. You need to update your Ubuntu system using the below command.

$ apt-get update
