AWS email saying have exceeded the free-tier limit

Question

I received a mail stating that I have exceeded the free-tier limit but when i looked for it there were no records for the same! Have i actually crossed my free-tier limit?

I got a similar message, except I have 8 real alarms, and it is forecasting I will use 76! I think the forecasting algorithm is broken. There seems they calculate your spend average in the past days, and multiply it by the days in month. This can leads to wildly inflated forecasts, especially if you paid for IR upfront early in the month.
