How to solve Runtime error when querying Hyperledger

Question

I am trying to run the fabric mentioned in this link: https://github.com/IBM-Blockchain-Archive/fabric-boilerplate

and when i run it, i get error:

OCI is open container initiative.. The error seems to be something related to docker environment. Check this link to know more:
