Autoscaling with SPOT INSTANCES OR PRE EMI TABLE INSTANCES On Google cloud

Hello google cloud experts,

We have a WordPress website that needs to auto-scales using pre EMITABLE or spot instances using resources in all regions on google cloud hosting. First priority ALWAYS goes to pre EMITABLE or spot instances, when no spot instances are not available in all regions, it can use normal instances, but spot instances are available, again it should go back and use those pre EMITABLE instances. Please be conscious that it should save money as much as it can be.

If you are using spot instances, then it may save your money but depends on your use case. Whenever it requires, it will launch the instance, otherwise terminate the instance. If you are still confused then, explain your use case a little bit.
