Hi Team,

I have created an access key for an IAM user. Now I don't need the access key. How can I delete the access key?

Hi@akhtar,

If you do not specify a user name, IAM determines the user name implicitly based on the AWS access key ID signing the request. The following delete-access-key command deletes the specified access key for the IAM user.

$ aws iam delete-access-key --access-key-id AKIDPMS9RO4H3FEXAMPLE --user-name Bob
