UIPATH Rpa I am trying to validate from a open browser using Get Text or Element Exist

Question

1. Create a Read Range.
2. Added a for Each loop 
3. Open Browser
4. I need to add a Get text or Element Exist for validation.
5. If condition boolean variable.
6. I do not get a proper validation to write into a cell.

Same Issue For me not able to validate is anything else need to be done. I just started using UIPATH and not a pro did you resolve this issue?
