How to check if a string is in a file, using python?

I want to know how can I search for a string in a file and use it as a condition in a clause:

 If "XYZ" is in the file, Print ("Yes")

Try the below given code:

with open('myfile.txt') as myfile:
     if 'XYZ' in myfile.read():
