Controversially, I would say "don't".
In my personal opinion, I don't think Windows is a Production-ready operating system, and I wouldn't wish
managing a Windows estate on my worst enemy.

You do not install Nagios server on windows, you can only set up a host. You can install something called Nagios core on windows but from personal experience DO NOT! 

why use it on windows when you can do the same thing on Linux in a much simpler way.
