Unable to spy text boxes or buttons in html mode - Windows version 8 IE version 11

Dear Experts,

Please suggest me a way to resolve this. I'm using Blue prism version 5.6. Windows version 8,IE version 11.

While trying to spy objects i'm not able to spy the exact text boxes or button in HTML mode. I'm trying to automate gmail to compose an email, but I'm not able to spy UserName,Password field or the next button ,the identify option does not highlight the exact button or text, if i try to identity it's either pointing to left or right of the text box or button and not the exact text.

Hey @vidhya, check the default zoom level, it will be eith 200% or more than 100%, change it to 100% and then logout and login again and try it again.

You can also try to include or check if already included 'path' attribute in attribute list after spying. Please let me know if it works or not?
