How to make an array with a dynamic size General usage of dynamic arrays maybe pointers too

I wanna create a program that can do these things

  1. Take input from user (say int value)
  2. Store it in an array without starting size
  3. Use the information of array for whatever purposes

I'm asking for help so that I can know

  • How to make a dynamic array without a set size?
  • How can I use/access/reach the elements in the above array?

Sorry if the question is very beginner but yes, let me know the answer.
