Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) in Google Cloud provides networking functionality to Compute Engine VM instances, GKE containers, and the flexible environment of App Engine.

Basically, it provides networking for your cloud-based services. These services are global, scalable, and flexible.

Hope this helps!!

If you need to know more about Google Cloud, It's recommended to go for Google Cloud architect certification course.

Thanks!
