0 votes

A project risk is defined by PMI as, "an uncertain event or condition that, if it occurs, has a positive or negative effect on one or more project objectives". According to PMBOK 6th Edition, the risk exists at two levels within every project; as individual project risk and overall project risk.

As per your project-related experiences, what are the three most common project risks that you have come across?

1. Schedule and cost impacts resulting from assorted technical risks (e.g. inability to get two systems to talk to one another in a timely, cost-effective manner)

2. Unpredictable resource allocation
