How can we run the jar file by double clicking on windows 7 64

I am not able to run a .jar file by double clicking on it. How can we do this?

Use the following method to run the .jar file:

Right Click ->  Properties -> Change -> C:\Program Files\Java\jre7\bin\javaw.exe
