I have this table for which I want a stacked graph like this: -
As you see I can draw this graph in excel as a 'recommended graph', but cant do it in power bi.
Please help.

Regarding your query, you can follow a few steps:
Go to the field section and start slicing accordingly.
The first slice by Range in AXIS and in Legend add your Date and value add your numbers data.
Now after slicing, go to the Visualization table where you will get to see the Stacked column chart and click that, you will get your desired chart.
