Is there a way to pass on the options flags to Selenium if i m scripting in Python

Selenium's documentation says that Chrome driver can take an instance of ChromeOptions. But I don't know how to send the flag and how to set ChromeOptions.
I'm hoping to pass the --disable-extensions flag to Chrome.

This is the usage:

from selenium import webdriver
from selenium.webdriver.chrome.options import Options
chrome_options = Options()
chrome_options.add_argument("--disable-extensions")
driver = webdriver.Chrome(chrome_options=chrome_options)
