Retrieve a deleted instance in GCP

I have an instance that i have deleted by mistake. Will I be able to retrieve it back? If yes, how?

No, it is not possible to retrieve the instances that have been deleted once. 

If it has been stopped, it can be retrieved back by simply starting it again.
