Not able to create contracts in truffle

Question

I am trying to create a new contract in my truffle project like this:

truffle create contract vote

But I am getting this error:

Could not find suitable configuration file.

It is not much informative so I have no idea what could be the solution. Please help

It seems like you have files missing that are required for truffle project and then try to create the contract. 

truffle init

truffle create contract vote
