What technologies can be used to build private blockchain technologies

From what I have read I had understood that private blockchains are meant for enterprise purpose or a group of organizations. I've come across a few technologies like hyperledger fabric, Openchain, multichain.

Can someone tell me what are the technologies using which private blockchain can be built?
