Extracting Non structured data in uipath

How to extract the data which is in non structured form in uipath?

If you are extracting the non structural data, you can use Screen Scraping method in uipath

I have doubt on above statement made on screen scraping, that if we extract non structural data using screen scraping method would it be possible to save in Excel , in the same format as extracted. Because data which is being extracted has rows and columns. It would be helpful.
