How to spread out some x amount of one row to other row

We have the two rows 1st Sodue and 2nd Forecast.So, if we have a sodue value in the sodue row then it should spreadout in the forecast column.Eg:71897(sodue value) / 5057(Forecast value ) so it is 14 months .For 14th months it should spreadout sodue value  in forecast row by adding the existing forecast value.
