Hyperledger fabric node sdk deploy.js example failing

I'm following these instructions for setting up hyperledger fabric http://hyperledger-fabric.readthedocs.io/en/latest/asset_setup.html but when I run deploy.js

Have you installed couchdb? Install couchdb as follows:

docker pull couchdb
docker run -d -p 5984:5984 --name my-couchdb couchdb

then try
