Localhost giving an error ERR NAME NOT RESOLVED

I created a folder in the "www" directory and the folder is visible when I run the localhost. I am unable to access some .php files it's showing this error: "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED ". Can someone please help me in solving this error?
