Replace Blank with zero for advanced filter senario

Question

I used advance filter to show the count of a rejected projects in my dashboard. however in my current dataset i don't have any rejected data but in future when i replace this dataset with new data( if this had rejected projects) it should show in my DB I already designed. As of now that filter shows 'Blank' how can I replace into zero for this type of scenario?
