Pre-deployment approval email is not receiving coming in Azure DevOps CD

I am not receiving a Pre-deployment approval email when I define a group in the Pre-deployment condition.
Delivery Settings is set to "Deliver to individual members".
Verified the "Deployment approval pending" subscription.
It's working when I mention Individual Email/Name.
What do I need to change here?
