how to install PyAudio

hi, I'm working on a project and it requires PyAudio but I can't install it. some peoples are saying that latest 3.9. versions doesn't support PyAudio. Please tell me if i can install this in 3.9. version or i have to lower the python version? and how can i lower my python version? if i cant install PyAudio, what will be its alternative, and how can i implement it. Sorry I'm asking so many questions but i trust that you are the only one who can solve this problem. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE!!!
