How to make seleinum jar file and how to test using Selenium jar file

Question

I have coded the Selenium test cases as a Maven Project, I used to execute it using maven test but Now I am asked to make a .jar a file and test using the jar file as a job in jenkins?

Answer 1

Use Eclipse Export Wizard. While exporting, select "Create Runnable Jar" and select the class which is entry point (which contains main method) of your project.
