    Responsibilities:

    • • Apply instructional design theories and practices to design and create course catalog
      • • Analyse learning aims and objectives and work with SMEs to design learning materials
        • • Ability to design courses on newer technologies.
          • • Guide content developers towards completion of course material
            • • Review and rework on course content to ensure the following:
              • o Course competencies are appropriate for the target audience
                • o Course outline follows the customer expectations and allows the target audience to better understand the module
                  • o Relevant instructional design principles are applied while designing and developing the course
                    • o Content is developed in a way that they enable the learner to reach the desired level of competency
                      • o Assessments assess the learners’ skills comprehensively in terms of level and scope
                        • • Develop e-learning content for a variety of technologies and industries
                          • • Quality assurance of content aiming to improve the quality regularly
                            • • Deliver training to team-members on using a variety of instructional techniques
                              • • Develop information technology training material that meets standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
                                • • Write relevant, creative, unique, rich and engaging content
                                  • • Apply instructional design theory, practice, and methods
                                    • • Analyse existing source content and modify to add value to content
                                      • • Ability to understand different technologies and translate them into instructionally sound learning materials
                                        • • Maintain accurate records of content development stages
                                          • • Coordinate with internal team-members, graphic designers, language editors, quality analysts and SMEs to complete the allotted tasks
                                            • • Perform quality checks on allotted tasks
                                              • • Create assessments that are in concurrence to the courses’ learning outcomes
                                                • • Plan internal reviews and subsequent updates of work prior to delivery

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • • Should have a minimum of 5 or more years of experience in the areas of Instructional Design and e-learning
      • • Should be able to work individually, prepare e-Learning concepts and course catalogues
        • • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) to be able to coordinate and communicate with different stakeholders in e-Learning projects (graphic designers, language editors, quality analysts and SMEs)
          • • Should have a strong interest in e-learning trends and new developments
            • • Must be proactive and flexible and have the ability to work under strict timelines
              • • Excellent attention to detail
                • • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
                  • • Ability to work with limited supervision
                    • • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) & visualization skills
                      • • Intellectually curious to understand new technologies
