How to create EFS in AWS

Hi Guys,

I want to create a centralized file system. So that I can connect that file system to my EC2 instance irrespective of region. Can anyone tell me how can I do this?

Hi@akhtar,

You can follow the below-given steps to create an AWS Elastic File System(EFS) in AWS.

  • Login to your AWS account.

  • Click on the EFS service. You will get the Create file system button.

  • Configure security groups.

  • Click on next and no need to change anything further. Finally, create your EFS.
