Hey @Farah, follow these steps:

  • Stop Jenkins.
  • Copy the custom HPI to $Jenkins_Home/plugins.
  • Delete the previously expanded plugin directory.
  • Make an empty file called <plugin>.hpi.pinned.
  • Start Jenkins.
