How to get the URL of the current tab in Google Chrome?

0 votes
It is very tiring to hover the mouse to the url section of the browser and then click on the link and then copy it and then use it for one's purpose. I tried searching on google but didn't get a relevant answer. So can someone help me with this?

Thank you in advance.

There are different ways of doing this:-

You can use Ctrl + L ; Ctrl + C. This is valid for all the browser I have used.

You can also use F6; Ctrl + C this is working with chrome.

You can use F4; Ctrl + C. This is working with Firefox.

You can use Chrome Extension for creating new shortcuts : ShortKeys
