Using XML with REST API through Azure Datafactory V2

0 votes

I need to use a REST API to connect to a web service, retrieve data, and then insert that data into an Azure SQL Database. In order to do so, we are utilising Apache Airflow, however our engineer is departing. It has proven to be exceedingly challenging to find a successor. Working with Apache Airflow requires knowledge of Python programming.

This is the reason I'm looking at whether Datafactory can be used as it doesn't require as much programming knowledge. Although our source is supplying XML, it appears that the REST connector only comprehends JSON.

How might one go about utilising datafactory to obtain XML from a REST API? that needs very little programming knowledge?
