US Job Openings Hit 7.3 Million, Another Massive Record

Another win for Trump comes as the US job market hits another new record. According to a new report, the number of job openings in the country has reached an all-time high at 7.3 million. These jobs are distributed among all different sectors where IT is one of the biggest contributors, according to third-party sources. The US government also reported earlier this month that nonfarm payrolls are increasing by 304,000 jobs in January. This is the largest gain since February of last year.

Google Adding Chipsets to its List of Products, On a Hiring Spree for Engineers in Bengaluru

Adding yet another service to their long list of products and services, Google seems to be ramping itself up to transition into the chipsets race with Qualcomm, Broadcom, Nvidia, and Intel. The company is seemingly on a hiring spree, looking for talented engineers in chipset developmentAccording to reports, the tech giant has already hired sixteen engineers and four talent recruiters over the past couple of months for its gChips team. A number of these resources have been poached from chip leaders listed earlier. The company is hoping to make the gChips team 80 members strong by the end of this year.

AI Job Vacancies on the Rise, Microsoft, Nvidia Leading the Charge 

A recent report by RS Component suggests that AI is slowly taking over traditionally human jobs. According to the analysis, bulk and iterative job roles are slowly but surely being replaced by AI which opens up a window of opportunity for professionals skilled in AI. The report also states that Microsoft has 1,964 AI job openings listed that equates to 36 percent making it the leader in the domain right now. Second in line, we have graphics developer, Nvidia which lists 837 job openings that amount to 33 percent of all the job openings at the company.
